Peach Compote

Peach Compote
Ingredients
  • 5 ripe peaches cut in wedges

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup apple juice

  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Directions
  1. Place ingredients into medium-sized saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 or 10 minutes or until peaches become very soft. Cool and serve while still warm.

  2. optional serving suggestion, nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt.
