Caribbean Jerk Burgers

  • 2 Tbs reduced-calorie cole slaw dressing

  • 2 Tbs fat-free mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 tsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

  • 3/4 cup shredded green cabbage or packaged cole slaw mix

  • 4 Burgers Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Vegan

  1. Combine dressing, mayonnaise, and seasoning. Set aside.

  2. Place frozen burgers on baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes. Turn burgers. Spread half of jerk mixture on top of burgers. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes more.

  3. Toss together cabbages and remaining jerk mixture. Top burgers with cabbage mixture.

Thank you for your courage to try something new and being brave enough to try it on the whole family. Great idea on the pita bread! That sounds really good considering I love the stuff. LOL Hope to come up with more ideas that you can enjoy soon!

These burgers are so delicious! I made them the other day and my whole family loved it. I prepared everything just like in the recipe, but I baked some of this low carb pita bread (certified for diabetics) from Joseph's Bakery online and put burgers, dressing and cole slaw in it. My kids were especially impressed and I had to promise to make it again soon.
