Mexican Cucumbers

  • cucumber

  • juice of one lemon

  • chili powder

  1. Peel your cucmber and slice it length ways into 4 long peices then in half.

  2. Lay them in a bowl or cup and squeeze juice of one lemon on top.

  3. Sprinkle the cucumbers with chili powder. Yum!

  4. These make a great snack!

The cucumber recipe sounds delicious and another good thing it is easy to make hardly any mess. I will have to give them a try soon as I can get me a cucumber or 2.

my family loves these cucumbers only i add a little salt to the lemon juice to cut the tartness when i make them i have to use 5 to 6 cucumbers at a time and hardley ever is there any left for later

I'm trying this for Sat snax..have you ever tried raw Bok and the peppery tast of the green leaves in soups or salads..yummm..PD

I really love this recipe but I cut the cukes into 1/4 inch slices and instead of chile powder I use salt free cajun seasoning YUMMMMM
