1/2 cup ANY mashed fruit of your choice
1 cup water
1/2 cup no fat plain yogurt
1 or 2 packets stevia sweetner
I use 1/2 cup mashed fruit, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup plain no fat yogurt, and depending on the sourness of the fruit, stevia to sweeten. I mash the fruit in a small food chopper. Pour or spoon into a bowl and fold in the other ingredients until smooth.
NOTE: Using plain yogurt insures me that I'm not getting more carbs than I want.
I put 1/4 and 1/2 cup mixture into snack size plastic bags and freeze.
NOTE: This makes 4 to 8 servings and the nutrition facts are for the entire batch! So enjoy!!!
This can also be made with high sugar to get you back up from a low sugar bout. Just be sure to keep the high sugars in a different box or a different freezer.
