Macaroni and cheese the healthy way :)

  • 1/2 tbsp of flour

  • 1/4 tbsp of salt

  • 1/2 tbsp of garlic salt

  • 1/8 tsp of ittalian seasonings

  • 6 oz of creme cheese

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 4tbsp of butter

  • a dash of ground sage

  • whole wheat pasta(about 1/4 of a reg size bag

  • 2 cups of parmessan cheese

  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese shredded

  • chicken, mushrooms 0r anything else(optional)

  1. Start off by heating about have of a sauce pan full of water and bring it to a boil

  2. 2.combine in a bowl, flour and seasoning except parmessan cheese

  3. add 1/4 tbsp of salt when the water starts boiling and add pasta(i know your like i thought it was suppose to be healthy :)

  4. drain pasta

  5. in same pan, butter and flour mixture and mix well untill smooth

  6. add milk and creme cheese

  7. add shredded cheese

  8. add parmessan cheese and anyother optional thing such as chicken or veg.

  9. let set for 3-5 min

  10. enjoy :)
