Fruit Delight

  • 3 small cans of any canned sugar free fruit(you can include a can of mandarin oranges if the other two are sugar free fruit. You can also use pineapple that is sugar free-use crushed pineapple))

  • Sugar free instant Jello pudding any flavor ( I use vanilla)

  • 1 cup reduced fat whipped topping

  1. Drain all the fruits into a large bowl. Whisk together the drained fruit juice and the pudding until thcik.

  2. Add fruit. Fold in whipped topping and chill.

  3. Enjoy.

  4. I love it and I am not diabetic. I make it for my husband and he loves it.

Unsure but low in sugar and delicious
Serving size is a fruit cup full.
