3 small cans of any canned sugar free fruit(you can include a can of mandarin oranges if the other two are sugar free fruit. You can also use pineapple that is sugar free-use crushed pineapple))
Sugar free instant Jello pudding any flavor ( I use vanilla)
1 cup reduced fat whipped topping
Drain all the fruits into a large bowl. Whisk together the drained fruit juice and the pudding until thcik.
Add fruit. Fold in whipped topping and chill.
I love it and I am not diabetic. I make it for my husband and he loves it.
