Kim's Yummy Turkey Meat Loaf

  • Oat Meal (Quaker Oats)

  • 5-6 shakes Onion Salt

  • 3-4 shakes Garlic Powder

  • 1-2 shakes Chili Powder

  • 4-5 shakes of ground pepper

  • 1/8 tsp Thyme

  • ¼ tsp Worsh. Sauce

  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 egg

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey

  • Pam’s spray

  • BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s - or low sugar brand)

  • Ketchup (Heinz - or low sugar brand)

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray corning ware with Pam spray.

  2. Mix all spices, egg, mustard, worch.sauce, oat meal in bowl with ground turkey. Healthy Tip: Use as much oat meal as required to get rid of the wet consistency of the ground turkey.

  3. 3.OPTIONAL: Top with a lot of ketchup – rub around. Top with a lot of BBQ sauce – rub around to cover entire top and sides of meat loaf. Try to make the ketchup/BBQ sauce mixture rather thick.

  4. Cook for 1 hr until done. Cover and serve when veggy’s or whatever else being served with dinner is done.
