Chocolate ice- cubs

  • 24 Tbs of nestle chocolate chips

  • microwavable bowl

  • 12 serving ice-cube tray

  1. measure out the chips into microwavable bowl.

  2. microwave until completely melted stirring occasionally.

  3. 3.pour melted chocolate chips into ice-cube tray (about 2 Tbsof chips into each ice-cube)

  4. put into freezer until solid

  5. ENJOY!!!!!

Yummm! Love chocolate but a little worried over this one… will give it a try and hope I can squeeze it in. It would work for a chocolate fix.

Yes you can eat it if you are diabetic but I'm type 1 so I don't know if type 2 can have it. I guess it depends on your diet.

That chocolate ice cubes sound wonderful !!!!!!!! I will try it and get back to you on how it turned out. I am a type 2 and i love chocolate, just have to watch out for my blood sugar carefully, but I will try to look for sugar free chocolate in that matter. Thank you for sharing that with us.

This sounds great, how many carbs to each serving and is this considered to be a snack for a diabetic
