  • olive oil

  • garlic mix with parmasean cheese

  • bread crumbs or crackers

  1. Put ingredients in separate dishes.

  2. Do one layer at a time.

  3. roll in oil, then

  4. roll in parmasean cheese and garlic mixture

  5. and finally roll in bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

  6. Bake at 500 degrees until done

  7. about 10 to 20 minutes.

  8. This is really good!

this sounds interesting. If I could use something other than olive oil I would use this. I would like to know what seafood you use for this.
