ok, off to the store to grab a new cabbage, however, I dont cook with the oven in Tucson, too darn hot. I shall customize this to my large slow cooker. Will post the results.

I was looking for dinner idea and this popped up off to the store to buy the goodies, concerned the brown rice won't cook in 1 hr and 15 min, but gonna try it.

Sound so good! We use turkey burger often. Is the sauce like spaghetti sauce? Thank you for the great dinner idea.

This is a fantastic recipe. I add 2 cans of no salt diced tomatoes, 1/2 t. garlic, 1/2 t. oregano and a pinch of basil. I don't like the store bought pasta sauces (something in them just disagrees w/me.) I let each person sprinkle on cheese for themselves. This can be made if you're camping, just leave it simmering covered in the pan til done. It's so tasty!
