Fruit Smoothies No Sugar

Ingredients
  • Skim Milk

  • 1 Raw Egg (you can't even taste)

  • teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 Banana or any kind of soft fruit. (fruit cocktail and canned fruits work wonderfully also)

Directions
  1. Break the egg in the blender, Add Cinnamon and fruit or fruits, Then add your milk. Blend together in the blender then serve.

No need to add Splenda why would you? Fruit is sweet enough as they are. Splenda is bad for you and other chemical sweeteners. Use ripe fresh fruit and mix well with a little ice if you like. Organic fruit taste better and have more vitamins and minerals so if possible always use organic foods.

I have done this before. But also added just a drop of vanilla extract and the ice. It is a good filling breakfast drink

I made this today for my snack, Banana with some frozen blueberries I had. It was very filling and the egg wasn't even notice able.

So I am thinking the egg is to add smoothness and creaminess to the drink. But what if you are allergic to eggs? What can be used instead of the egg?
