Low-Sugar Banana Pudding

  • 4 vanilla wafer cookies

  • 1 cup Chiobani vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 medium banana, sliced

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Optional: caramel sauce for garnish

  1. To prepare whipped cream, pour heavy cream into a medium-sized bowl. Beat with electric egg beaters for 30 seconds or until peaks form. Fold in sugar substitute and vanilla.

  2. To assemble banana pudding, place 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt in four small bowls.

hey i just found this site and i use the lite cream cheese in my pudding
just stir till disolved

depending where you live. I found the wafers at Ingles it is a Murray product. I made the pudding it was delicious!!!!

Real easy and not time consuming..It is very good to take to cookouts or potlucks so that the diabetics do not have to miss out on dessert, plus it is very delicious…
