4 vanilla wafer cookies
1 cup Chiobani vanilla Greek yogurt
1 medium banana, sliced
½ cup heavy cream
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: caramel sauce for garnish
To prepare whipped cream, pour heavy cream into a medium-sized bowl. Beat with electric egg beaters for 30 seconds or until peaks form. Fold in sugar substitute and vanilla.
To assemble banana pudding, place 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt in four small bowls.
