Low-Sugar Banana Pudding

  • 1 box sugar free vanilla wafers

  • 1 box sugar free vanilla or banana cream instant pudding

  • 3 large bananas

  • 1 small container fat free sour cream

  • 1 container sugar free whipped topping

  • skim milk as need for pudding

  1. 1.) layer vanilla wafers in a bowl

  2. 2.) slice bananas onto wafers

  3. 3.) mix pudding mix, milk and sour cream together.

  4. 4.) pour mixture over the bananas and wafers.

  5. 5.) keep layering till all is used

  6. 6.) spread whipped topping on top and sprinkle with any leftover crumbs from wafers.

hey i just found this site and i use the lite cream cheese in my pudding
just stir till disolved

Enjoyed this recipe at a friends house. Very good flavor noted with the sour cream. Preparing meals with my husband, I am pleased with the carb count also Thank you for sharing.

depending where you live. I found the wafers at Ingles it is a Murray product. I made the pudding it was delicious!!!!

Real easy and not time consuming..It is very good to take to cookouts or potlucks so that the diabetics do not have to miss out on dessert, plus it is very delicious…
