Creamy Chocolate Cheese cake

  • 1 sugar-free chocolate graham cracker crust

  • 1 low-calorie whip topping

  • 1 package sugar-free, low-fat instant chocolate pudding

  • 1 package of 1/3 less fat cream cheese

  • 1 cup Skim milk

  1. Blend together the cream cheese, prepared pudding,until well blended. Mix together the whipped topping with the rest of the cheese & pudding mixture. Place into graham cracker crust & chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with dark chocolate shavings atop. Enjoy!

Just made this for the 2nd time my husband requested it I've been making him lots of Diabetic freindly recipies since he was diagnosed a little more than a month ago and our kids liked it too. For anyone wondering about nutrition facts you can just look at your packaging to get a good idea of the contents I could not find a sugar free crust so the crust I bought at the store had 7 grams of sugar per serving.

@Anonymous who called this a dumb recipe…Use your common sense, it as about plain as can be, you obviously don't have much experience cooking, better go back to Mommy, and get some lessons…LOL

What a dumb recipe. It says 1 low-calorie whip topping. One what? Tablespoon, size container???? Then the instructions say, mix together the whipped topping with "the rest of the cheese…" What is the rest? Is says nothing earlier about putting any aside.
