Ingredients
  • 2lb beef tenderloin

  • 1tsp onion powder

  • 1tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt;

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to350 degrees F;coat large baking sheet nonstick cooking spray and place tenderloin on baking sheer;Combine in small bowl remaining ingredients and rub into tenderloin.Cook for 35-40 minutes for medium rare,or until done.Remove and slice across grain into3/4 inch slices.

paparon i agree with you I just followed the recipe like it was written,but I use mrs dash seasoning for all my food.

Why not use "Mrs. Dash", rather than 'salt'? Sure would knock that sodium down, and not really taste all that different with the substitution…Oh, and I am a Pepper-aholic to. LOL
