Mango Frappe
Ingredients
  • 1 mango(es), peeled and pitted

  • 3/4 cup(s) orange juice

  • 1/4 cup(s) lime juice

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) club soda

Directions
  1. Puree the mango in a food processor or blender. Add the orange and lime juices; process until smooth.

  2. Add the club soda and ice cubes; process just to blend and crush the ice. Serve at once.

too much sugar for my liking… 10 grms or under is what i feel comfortable with ..

@Fbrown: I make a version of the Indian drink 'lassi', which is similar, delicious, and easy- put the peeled/cut up mango in the food processor, add 1 cup fat-free yogurt and process. That's it! (Except that my husband adds honey, but I find it sweet enough as is.) Oh yes- you can also freeze it and eat it like ice cream- yum!

All of it sounds good, but is there a sub. for the orange juice? I was told to cut out orange juice even tho I love it.
