Cajun Rainbow Trout

  • 4 (6oz)farm raised rainbow trout fillets(1/2 inch thick).2Tbsp extra virgin olive oil ;1Tbsp cajun seasoning;2Tbsp chopped fresh parsley;1 green onion;lemon wedge. Cajun Seasoning 1Tbsp paprika;2 tsp sea salt;1 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper;pinch of cayenne pepper ;with 1tsp each ofdried oregano;chili powder and dry mustard.

  1. Preheat broiler to 400 F.lightly brush fish on both sides with oil.Place skin side down on broiler rac,broil 4-6 inche from heat for4-5 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.Arrange on a warm serving platter ans sprinkle with parsley and green onion

I have trout in the freezer. I will try this later in the
