• 2 cups whole wheat flour (I have also added a handful of bran)

  • apprx 3/4 cup of warm water

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 dessert spoon instant yeast

  • sauce : 1 table spoon olive oil+1 ts tomato paste+1 ts paprika paste+3 cloves smashed garlic+a pinch of thyme

  • filling :

  • mozeralla+ricotta cheese

  • mushrooms

  • tomato

  • paprika

  • onion

  • zucchini

  • shortly whatever you wish

  1. in a large bowl put the flour, bran , salt , sugar and the yeast and mix them.Start adding the water slowly and make the dough.Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place for one hour till the dough gets double.Knead the dough again and roll the dough out as thin as you can.Put a wax paper in a large tray and place the dough on it.Preheat the oven to 375 F and place the tray at the lowest level in the oven.Keep 7 minutes and take the tray out.Now spread the sauce on the dough , spread the cheese and the ingredients and place the tray one level upper.Keep there 7 minutes.Place the tray at the middle level and keep 10 minutes.Place the tray one level upper and keep for 5 minutes and the pizza is ready.Not the ever best pizza but still delicious and healthy.
