Pancakes with fiber

Ingredients
  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 3\4 cups whole wheat graham flour

  • 4 tablesoons ground flax seed

  • 4 tablespoons canola oil

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1\2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1\8 salt

  • 1 tablespoon splenda

Directions
  1. Preheat grill on low heat while preparing mix.

  2. beat egg whites until lightly foamy

  3. add butter milk,canola oil,vanilla set a side. In a separate bowl combine flour, flax seed, splenda, baking powder,baking soda, salt mix well. Add wet mixture, don't over mix as the pancakes won't be as light.

Thank you for this recipe these pancakes with fiber were the best that I have had in quite some time and I was able to get rid of it fast I like the way the flax seed clean my system.
