2 cups oat meal
1 mid size apple , grated
4 dried figs , diced into 8 pcs each
5 dried appricots , diced into 8 pcs each
almonds , chopped
1/3 tea spoon cinnamon
1/3 cup apple juice ( I have melted 2 dessert spoon of jam in 1/3 cup water.Even milk can be used)
1 table spoon olive oil
mix all the ingredients in a bowl with hands and then spread the dough in a non-stick tray by pressing with your hands. Pu 350 F preheated oven.Cooking time is apprx 20-25 min.
