3 red potatoes
3 c. broccoli
2 tbs light margarine
4 tbs skim or fat free evaporated milk
Cook red potato unpeeled cubed.
Add broccoli ten minute later cooking an additional 10 minutes.
Drain keep in same cooking pan to get potatoes dry.
Add margarine and milk, salt and pepper to taste.Mash well ans serve
