preheat oven to400,spray 10x13 nch baking dish with non stick spray.(2)In small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.(3)combine warm water and yeast and in a large mixing bowl and let stand until yeast is disolved (about 5 minutes)(4)stir into the yeast mixture.Add 1 cup of flour,egg,sugar,oil,and salt.Stir until well blended.Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough becomes very stiff.(5)Turn dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until smooth and elastic.(about 10 minutes.)(6)Roll the dough out into a 12x18 inch rectangle sprinkle evenly with cinnamon brown sugar mixture.Starting on 1 long side roll up dough as you would a jelly roll cut into 16 slices.(7)Place roll cut side up,slightly apart in prepared dish cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place until doubled in volume(about 1 hour). (8)Bake 12-15 minutes or until browned. Invert pan onto prepared plarre and let cool .(9)In a small bowl combine powdere sugar,cream cheese,vanilla,and water stir until creamy and spread evenly over warm rolls.
