Sesame Snow Peas

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil;

  • 1/2 pound snow pea pods (2 cups);

  • 1tbsp sesame seeds;

  • 1medium red or yellow pepper, cut into thin strips.

  1. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium hea.

  2. Add pea pods and sesame seeds cook about 2 min.

  3. Add pepper and cook about 2 min. longer.
