Whipped Squash

  • 1 butternut squash -2-21/2 pounds

  • 3/4 teaspoon mrs dash table blend seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

  • 1 tablespoon splenda

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg {optional}

  1. 1.wash squash, vent in several places around.

  2. squash, place on paper towel in microwave.

  3. Cook 10-15 minutes until soft to touch. Let cool.

  5. peel. Mash squash with margarine, spices and splenda.

  6. servings 1/2 cup each

spirit you should not have whipped that poor old squash it didn't do any thing to you.Seriously I am going to have to try that .I love baked and fried squash.
