Place tofu and avacado in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until creamy.(2)Stir in tomato,onion,lemon juice,cilantro,salt, cumin and tabasco.Serve at once or refrigerate up to 2 hours.(Note; in markets you will find two varities of avacado,the lighter greentype from Florida and the dark pebbly skinned Haas,which is smaller and creamier than the Florida avacado.
