Ingredients
  • 6 ounces light silken tofu(3/4cup),1 ripe Haas avacado,pitted and peeled(see note), 1 large tomato,finely chopped,1/4 cup minced red onion ,2Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 Tbs packed freshcilantro chopped,3/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp ground cumin,3-5 dashes tabasco sauce,

Directions
  1. Place tofu and avacado in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until creamy.(2)Stir in tomato,onion,lemon juice,cilantro,salt, cumin and tabasco.Serve at once or refrigerate up to 2 hours.(Note; in markets you will find two varities of avacado,the lighter greentype from Florida and the dark pebbly skinned Haas,which is smaller and creamier than the Florida avacado.
