Mini Cracker Pizzas

Ingredients
  • 1tsp dried oregano,1 tsp dried basil,1/4 crushed red pepper flakes,16 low salt Triscuit crackers,16 soft and pliable sun dried tomatoes,5Tbsplus 1tsp shredded fat free provolone or mozzarella cheese.

Directions
  1. Pre heat broiler,combine oregano,basil, and red pepper in a small bowl and set aside.Place cracker on a rimmed baking sheet lay a sun dried tomato on each and top with1 tsp cheese.Place about 5 inches from heat source just until cheese melts, about15 seconds.Sprinkle with herb mixture over mini pizzas and serve at once.
