Walnut Bars

Ingredients
  • 1Pillsbury reduced sugar yellow cake mix

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup canola oil or 1/2 unsweetened apple sauce

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
  1. Blend cake mix,eggs,oil or applesauce,walnuts, and cinnamon until smooth.

  2. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Pour mixture into pan spread evenly.

  4. bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes

  5. check with toothpick as you would for cake.

  6. allow to cool before cutting.
