Game Hens With Chutney-Mustard Sauce

  • 1/4 cup prepared mango chutney, chopped.

  • 1 Tbs Dijon mustard

  • 2 Cornish game hens, split and skinned (about1 and 1/4 pounds each)

  1. Preheat oven to 325degree. Pre rack of shallow roasting pan with nonstick pan spray. Combine chutney and mustard brush about 1/2 the mixture over all surfaces of the the hens. Place hen halves on rack in roasting pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until hens are tender brushing often with mixture and pan drippings.
