3 ounces chicken livers 1/2cup skim milk 2tbs. flour,salt and pepper to taste 2tsp.margerine.
Soak livers inskim milk over night. Drain. Combine flour salt and pepper in shaker bag.Add livers one at a time,shake to coat Remove liver from bag and shake off excess flour Melt margerine in small skillet; add livers, cook until lightly browned and tender.
