  • • Boiled potato.

  • • Salt.

  • • Pepper.

  • • 3 tablespoons butter.

  • • 3 tablespoons oil.

  • • 1 spoon parsley

  • • 2 lemons

  2. • Clean and wash fish toroughly.

  3. • Mix salt and pepper.

  4. • Dip in milk and flour.

  5. • Fry in butter and oil.

  6. • Serve with potatoes, parsley and lemon garnish.
