EGYPTION - Fried Plaice Fish

  • • 5 medium sized plaice fishes

  • • Salt

  • • Pepper

  • • Vegetable oil for deep frying

  • • Milk & flour

  • • Tomatoes

  2. • Clean and wash fish thoroughly.

  3. • Mix salt and pepper and milk in a bowl.

  4. • Add fish to bowl.

  5. • Put flour on a flat dish.

  6. • Dip each fish in flour and coat well.

  7. • In a medium skillet heat oil over high heat until very hot.

  8. • Fry fish on both sides until golden brown.

  9. • Serve while hot on dish with tomatoes and parsley and lemon.
