Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs of skinned chicken breasts

  • 8 cups water

  • 4 oz spaghetti noodles

  • 1/2 cup skim milk

  • 1/2 tspn salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 can cream mushroom soup DO NOT DILUTE

  • 1- 2oz jar of mushrooms drained

  • veg. cooking spray

Directions
  1. Combine chicken and water in large skillet.

  2. cover and bring to boil. Simmer 15-20 mins. Chop then set aside.

  3. Cook noodles,drain

  4. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients and blend.

  5. Layer noodles,chicken, soup mixtue, and mushrooms in a 13x9 baking dish sprayed w/ cooking spray.

  6. Bake 30-45 minutes or until heated.

ok now this sounds like its worth trying too just cause of the chicken i believe it would make a healthy dish an be leaner too
