Chicken Divan

Ingredients
  • 8 chicken breast halves

  • 8 C water

  • 1-10oz pack of frozen broccoli,thawed

  • 1/4 can of cream of chicken soup—do not dilute

  • 1/4 can of cream potato soup—do not dilute

  • 1/2 C of skim milk

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Combine chicken and water in a lg saucepan, cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Drain and chop chicken. Place broccoli in a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine soups,milk,and lemon juice and stir together.Pour over chicken and broccoli.Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or til thoroughly cooked.

I don't cook much, and I am trying to imagine how 8 half chicken breasts (4 chicken breasts) and 10 oz of broccoli cook down to 1 serving. But, I think I do want to try this!
