  • 2 1/2 salteen crakers 3table spoons eggbeeter egg whites 1/4 cup kraft shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup of tomatoes fresh or canned one 3 0z tenderloin

Directions
  1. tenderloin pound untell thin remove fat.set aside take crakers put in ziplock bag crush with rolling pin untell very fine put egg white in seperat dish and crums in an other dip meat in egg then in crums frie in conola spray untell crums turn golden brown remove from pan put on plate add tomatoes and top with cheese put in microwave or oven when cheese is melted remove and serve with favirate vegtabe. you can use bread crums if desired but count thoses as carbs

Not only is this a good low carb dish, but it is low sodium as well. Did I mention that I also am impressed with the low fat. I am sure this will be quick and easy to fix.
