2 boxes Dreamfields lasagna noodles
8 oz Part skim milk ricotta cheese
1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
1/8 cup Italian bread crumbs with seasonings
your favorite tomato sauce
Boil noodles until al dente. Be sure not to overcook them
Mix ricotta cheese with well-drained spinach
Add egg, bread crumbs and mix further until blended well
Place a thin layer of sauce in a small 8x8 cake pan. Top with noodles, sauce then cheese filling. Repeat until top layer of noodles are all that is left.
Spread sauce on top of noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese or top with mozzarella if desired.
