  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2-3 pieces bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled

  • 2 green onions

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Thaw the broccoli and cauliflower in the fridge overnight; drain well. Toss all of the ingredients together to coat well with the dressing; season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Give it a good stir just before serving to distribute the dressing evenly.

Spiritwalker it sounds great w/o the meat also for I have alot of vegan friends. So I can make it both ways & share @ our Sister Night Out @ church this month. I usually do something different from anyone else so this should be a hit.

I enjoying adapting recipes for friends and family. This
salad is very good. I however have some none meat eaters. I replaced bacon with sunflower seeds and walnut
pieces for crunch. Its good both ways.
