Sauteed Zucchini Strips

Ingredients
  • 3 small zucchini, julienned

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, saute the zuucchini, garlic, lemon juice and Greek seasonings in oil until tender. Sprinkle with pepper.

Thanks for posting this Debe. I love zuchinni any way I can get it. With zuchinni season upon us I am always looking for new ways to serve it.
