1 baked pie shell
1 package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2-1/2 cups cold water
4 cups fresh Driscoll's strawberries, washed and hulled
In a saucepan, mix dry pudding and gelatin with water. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat. Cool until slightly thickened.
Arrange small whole or large sliced strawberries in pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over berries.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve with whipped topping, if desired. Add a whole strawberry with stem for garnish.
