HALEY'S NANA'S BISCUITS

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Carbquik (Health Food Store)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and diced

  • 2/3 cup buttermilk

Directions
  1. Cut the butter into the Carbquik until it looks like coarse meal. Add the milk and stir just until the dough comes together. Turn the dough out onto the counter and coat lightly with Carbquik. Roll out 1/2" thick; cut with a 2 1/4" biscuit cutter. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450ยบ 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
