I have my whole family fixing these; also the doctor I go to, all the nurses. We love these.

We love fried radish!!! But I fry a few slices of bacon while I cut up my radish. The i fry the radish in the bacon grease (i know…not so healthy!) and just before I take them up I sprinkle on some garlic powder. The garlic powder brings out the natural salt in the garlic and they will really not need any extra. The only thing is that the pink color is a little disconcerting and something most people have to get past.

I love radishes and this is one way I never thought to eat them. Gonna give this one a try as well.
