ROASTED BROCCOLI

Ingredients
  • Fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears

  • Oil or olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Toss all of the ingredients to coat the broccoli. Put the broccoli in a roasting pan or baking sheet in an single layer. Bake at 375-400ยบ for 20 minutes, until tender and browned.
