Fat Free Barbecue Sauce

Cut fat and carbs with this tangy barbecue sauce that does double duty on the grill or as a marinade.

8 oz no-salt tomato sauce

2 tbsp distilled white vinegar

1 tsp Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium

1 tsp dry mustard
-
2 tsp chopped parsley
-
1 pinch salt and pepper
-
2 large garlic cloves , peeled and finely minced
1 Stir together all ingredients in an airtight container. Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Additional Information
Great for grilling and as a marinade.

Make sure that tomato sauce is both no salt and no sugar added.
