  • 1 small package sugar free orange jello

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice, 1/2 a small orange

  • 1 teaspoon orange peel

  • 12 ounces sugar free orange yogurt *

  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

  • * If you can't get orange yogurt, use sugar free vanilla yogurt.

  1. Bring the water to a boil.

  2. In a large bowl, dissolve the jello in the water, stirring about 2 minutes.

  3. Whisk in the orange juice, orange peel and yogurt until well blended.

  4. Very gently fold in the whipped cream until no white streaks remain.

  5. Chill at least 2 hours until set.
