Rice Cooker Pilaf

  • Brown rice & water enough for 4 servings in your rice cooker, 2 T finely chopped onions, 2 T minced garlic, 2 T veggie broth powder, 2 T olive or canola oil, 1/4 finely chopped broccoli, , andy other finely chopped veggies you wih to add, salt & pepper to taste, I add 1 T curry powder as well as 2 tsp season salt,

  1. Throw all of it in the rice cooker, press the "cook" setting, and wait for it to finish - approx. 20 min for white rice, if you must use it, and 40-45 min for brown rice!
