Baked Chicken and Broccoli

  • 4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups frozen broccoli (divided by 4)

  • sea salt, fresh ground pepper to taste

  1. let chicken get to room temperature, layout flat and pound until 1/2 inch thick. Place breasts on aluminium foil, place 1/4 of frozen broccoli at one edge then roll fasten with toothpicks, then roll the fastened breasts in the foil. Place all of the foiled wrapped breasts in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 325degrees

This is such a quick and easy dish to fix! The carb count is next to nothing and that alone makes this a great dinner anytime.
