  • 1 1/2 cups lemon lime soda

  • 1 large pkg sugar free jello

  • 2 cups mashed frozen strawberries

  • may use fresh

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Boil soda pop and berries 1 minute. Take off heat and add jello and lemon juice. Stir till mixed and ppour into clean glass jar big enough to hold 2-3

  2. and a half cups. Refrigerate.

Nutritional Facts

this recipe is low carb preserves. the carbo count is 60 grams for the entire recipe.I have never measured the number of tablespoons to exactly count the carbs per tablespoon.

This is a great way to make some low carb preserves. I can't wait to try this. It will also make a nice topping for a low carb pound cake.
