1 1/2 cups lemon lime soda
1 large pkg sugar free jello
2 cups mashed frozen strawberries
may use fresh
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Boil soda pop and berries 1 minute. Take off heat and add jello and lemon juice. Stir till mixed and ppour into clean glass jar big enough to hold 2-3
and a half cups. Refrigerate.
- this recipe is low carb preserves. the carbo count is 60 grams for the entire recipe.I have never measured the number of tablespoons to exactly count the carbs per tablespoon.
