CREAMED ROAST BEEF DIP

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese — softened

  • 2 tbsp cream

  • 1/4 lb leftover roast beef or sliced

  • roast beef from deli, chopped

  • 1/2 onion — grated

  • 1 tsp white pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 3 tbsp red bell pepper—-chopped

  • 1/4 cup pecans — chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F-150°C. Combine cream cheese and cream in food processor.

  2. Add meat, onion, and bell pepper and mix well. Add white pepper, salt, and sour cream.

  3. Put in baking dish and top with pecans. Bake 15 to 20 mins, or until heated through. Serve warm with cucumber slices or bell pepper chunks.
