QUICK DIP (BETTER THAN GUACAMOLE)

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados — (peeled and pitted)

  • 1 pt sour cream

  • 2 cups salsa

  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 lg green onions — chopped

  • Pork rinds or Low-carb tortilla chips

Directions
  1. Peel and seed avocados and with fork. Mash into a 9x13 pan to cover bottom then layer as follows: avocados/salsa/sour cream/shredded cheese/green onion Chill and serve.
