  • 3/4 cup vanilla whey protein

  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2

  • 7-8 large eggs separated

  • 1/8 cup water

  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil or sweet almond oil

  • 1/4 cup wheat bran

  • 1/4 cup flax meal

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Oil a 1 pound loaf pan and set aside. Beat egg whites till stiff. Mix all other

  2. ingredients together in a small bowl. Fold egg whites in and pour into 1 pound greased loaf pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. After it has finished baking, turn oven off and leave bread inside of oven to cool slowly for the next 20 minutes. (this helps stop so much shrinkage)

Nutritional Facts

Makes 1 loaf. Entire loaf is approx 16 carbs. Slice into 23 slices for appox. .75 carbs per slice.
