Avocado Cucumber Lime Dressing

  • 1 cucumber peeled and grated

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 bunch of green onions (optional)or 1/2peice or redor yellow onion

  • juice of 1 lime

  • a few fresh mint leaves

  • a few sprigs of cilantra

  • 1 plum tomato or any other kind

  • distilled water or 1 cup of water salt as little as possible.

  1. Wash the cucumber,peel the skin and grate.

  2. Clean the green onion and chop them finely.( same for red or yellow onion).

  3. Cut the avocado Deseed the avocado and mix the fruit with the grated cucumber.In a mixer combine the ingredients and grind to a fine paste. Add sufficient water and grind.If you like the consitency leave it like that or else you can add a little bit more water and liquify.Garnish with chopped cilantra. it is good for one and all asit is acidic,neutral and basic taste helping for any individual constitution

  4. It has great taste.Serve it with any salads as dressing or use as a dip with any snacks.You can even drink it as soup.I served this on Mother's day to my family.They loved it!Specially teenagers! It was all gone!
