Cinnamon Crisps

Ingredients
  • 1 slice provolone cheese-bought pre-sliced

  • 2 packets of Splenda

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. On parchment paper (slides right off), place 1 slice of provolone cheese, sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon. Microvave till cheese turns brown. (you might want to try one without the cinnamon to see how long your microwave takes to brown the cheese. Mine takes 45 seconds.) Remove from microwave and cool.

It sounds like it would be a real good snack for those who like cheese and cinnamon. I hope we all know that cinnamon is good for diabetics.

This recipe sounds interesting, but doesnt the cheese melt into a puddle in the microwave?? How do you serve these? Im guessing that they get pretty crispy maybe??
